The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center is non-profit multi art center specializing in both the visual arts and the performing arts. It is located in arestored 1895 Romanesque Revival building in the heart of historical downtown Madison.

Local artists have the oppurtunity to showcase their skills to the local community, Currently Jack Davis, an Atlanta native, is having some of his art work showcased from January to April. All of his work for this viewing was selected by his alma mater, the University of Georgia.
The Cultural Center also has an annual art exhibit entitled A Funky Little Thing Called Art (AFLAT). This event showcases artwork provided by the local schools that has been drawn by the students. The schools choose the best pieces of art from students, and invite family and the community to explore the talents of the local students. This exhibit has really helped the confidence of local aspiring young artists to grow and to encourage them to follow their artistic dreams.

The Madison-Morgan Cultural Center provide performances that include concerts, plays, and dance recitals. These are held through out the year, and include seasonal performances for events such as Christmas.
