Nichole Bluh is the Operations Coordinator for Grow Where You Are LLC, and has dedicated her life to her passion for natural health and urban farming. In 2011, she co-developed and ran the first Urban Farm Summer Camp and in 2012 Nicole developed an agriculture program for Elementary School-age students. Then in 2014, she served as the farmer-in-residence at the East Lake Community Urban Farm.
Cherokee Moon Mixology was created in 2014 so that Nicole Bluh could share her passion for holistic healthcare. The company specializes in the nutrition benefits of infusing vinager with local Georgia fruits, herbs and flowers.

Eugene Cooke began his life of urban farming in Southern California, where he helped to transform an abonded agriculture center into a thriving subtropic food farm and a learning center. In 2006, Eugene moved to Atlanta and created the Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture. He has also worked in Jamaica, Haiti, and Kenya to teach, implement, and learn more about small scale, local food systems.
Grow Where You Are: An Introduction to Urban Agriculture for the Conscious Urban Dweller by Eugene Cooke is a book that explains the basics of community and urban gardening, as well as how to recognizing potential for farming in an urban areas. The book introduces easy to follow practices in order to create sustainable, veganic urban farms.
